Lauren grew up in Trussville, AL. She was born and raised at First Baptist Church of Centerpoint and later made the move to CrossPoint. She has grown up in this church and was a student under our Youth Minister, Tait Windham. Lauren graduated from Hewitt Trussville High School in 2016 and graduated from Samford University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2020-Bow Wow! She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Samford as well. She has a passion for missions and God’s heart for the nations. She was a part of the Global Missions Scholars program at Samford University where she learned more about missions around the world and ways to share her faith both at home and abroad.
Lauren loves being outdoors- rock climbing, kayaking, and hiking. She also loves a good game of church basketball! Lauren loves cooking, good music, and driving with the windows down!
